Submit Feedback

Welcome to the Exide Cleanup Feedback Management System! This system allows community members to ask questions, report issues, or leave comments relating to the Exide Cleanup effort. The system also allows DTSC to provide timely responses and track feedback in an effort to improve the Exide Cleanup process.

Feedback submissions are handled Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Responses to submissions are generally provided within two business days. If your feedback requires an immediate response, please call the DTSC Exide Hotline at (844) 225-3887. For help using the Exide Cleanup Feedback Management System or to leave feedback over the phone, please call the Exide Cleanup Project Information Hotline at (844) 225-3887 or send an email to ExideCleanup@dtsc.ca.gov.
